How It Works

> PDR will work with your company to define a two year, detailed, programme of work which describes a step change in your business.

> The proposal is submitted to the Technology Strategy Board (TSB) for grant approval.

> A top graduate is jointly recruited from any UK University to project manage the KTP programme. (PDR will be responsible for advertising and the initial filtering of potential graduates).

> The graduate is employed by PDR and is located full-time within your company.

> KTP funding covers all salary costs including Pension and NI.

> PDR will select a team with the appropriate skills and expertise to support the programme and assist the graduate in meeting the project objectives.

> At the end of the KTP, there is no obligation to employ the graduate. However, having validated the graduate’s capability, most companies continue to employ the proven and valuable resource.
