Knowledge Transfer
There are many methods that allow companies to transfer the knowledge and experience of PDR to build capability within their own organisation. Two of these programs; Classic and Short KTP's, (Knowledge Transfer Partnerships), have proven success rates and attract substantial financial support. Classic KTP's have over 30 years of proven success and are aimed at significant strategic improvements in a companies capabilities. Short KTP's are more short term, project based and attract different levels of support. PDR has undertaken scores of these programs with companies across a broad range of sectors and technologies. All have been highly successful allowing the company to acquire new specialist knowledge and expertise that has fundamentally underpinned both short and long term growth. |
